U15AA Coaching Staff 2025-26

Jarrett Thompson will be coaching the U15 team for the 2025-26 season. Jarrett's coaching career started as a non-parent coach for the Nepean Raiders in 2006 and since then he has coached teams on both the boys and girls side.

Jarrett has been involved in minor hockey as a coach and executive for the past 18 years and has taken part in the development of high performance programs and recruitment strategies for high performance athletes who wish to continue their hockey career at the collegiate level.

 

His coaching philosophy is based on teaching individual skill development, hockey IQ, accountability and leadership skills.
